Pitmaster and owner Rob Zavatero (Rob Z) has competed on the KCBS BBQ pro circuit and has won numerous awards before opening Beaver Creek Smokehouse.
At Beaver Creek Smokehouse we believe that quality products produce quality food. We source the best meats available including Niman Ranch, Homestead Natural Meats, Certified Angus Beef, and Mary’s Air Chilled Chicken. We bring competition style BBQ to you.
Everything at Beaver Creek Smokehouse is made from scratch. We believe in cooking the old fashioned way, “Low and Slow.” We cook on one of the finest smokers built to produce the perfect balance of smoky, tender, juicy, and moist meats whether it is chicken, beef, or pork. We make all our sides and desserts from scratch and use the finest ingredients to produce a perfect complement to our meats.
We offer five house made sauces, and as one of our friends put it “so good you could put it on a car bumper and eat it.”
While many Martinez restaurants offer street front dining we have a large private beer garden behind Beaver Creek where we can seat 40 more quests. You can enjoy a beer or glass of wine from one of our many craft beers or wines from local vendors.
